The lesson is where we start
An hour a week is about 1% of a player's week. We can fix a swing in it — and most players lose that fix by Saturday, because nothing in between is holding it in place.
That's what the BPS Athlete Hub is for. Every day planned, every session rated, tests tracked over months, and an AI coach that knows the program. The hour with me becomes one square on the grid instead of the only time they train properly.

Seventeen years in baseball — the American college system, my own collegiate summer program, and Great Britain's Under-18s. Director of Operations at Legends Baseball Club, and I completed the Houston Astros' staff development program in 2026. I still play, at forty.
I coach through a biological, psychological and social lens. In a lesson that means vision, intent and timing first, then the physical capacity to hold it, then the mental side so it doesn't fall apart under pressure — and finally merging all of it, until it runs on autopilot in a game.
